Greensboro Firefighters Control Patterson Street Blaze

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Emergency crews temporarily shut down a street Thursday morning as firefighters worked to put out a fire.

The Greensboro Fire Department went to Patterson Street around 3 a.m. for a structure fire. Details regarding the cause of the fire or if there were any injuries are not being released at this time. 

Police originally closed all lanes of Patterson Street between Binford Street and South Holden Road due to the fire. However, as of 5 a.m. all lanes were reopened.
