GREENSBORO, N.C. -- High pressure will build over the southeastern U.S. through the early and middle part of the new week.
This will bring sunny and dry weather to the Piedmont Triad.
Temperatures will average near or slightly above normal over the next few days then warm to near 60 by Friday and Saturday.
We will see a mostly sunny sky Monday. The high temperature will be near 54. Monday night will be partly cloudy with a low of 30.
The weather will be dry and quiet for much of the new week. Tuesday will be mostly sunny and Wednesday through Thursday will be partly cloudy. The high Tuesday through Thursday will be in the mid-50s. Overnight low temperatures will be near 32. Clouds will increase Friday with a small chance of showers on Saturday.
