Pittsburgh, PA -- Stay away from M.J. That's the message a judge in northwestern Pennsylvania is sending to a woman who the former NBA star says has been hassling him.
The judge has granted Michael Jordan a preliminary injunction against Lisa A. Miceli, prohibiting her from having communication or any other contact with Jordan, his family or any of their representatives.
The woman claimed in 2004 that Jordan fathered her son. But in a lawsuit last week, Jordan said two paternity suits done in 2005 ruled him out as the baby's father. Since a 2005 agreement to keep her distance from Jordan, the lawsuit claims the woman has sent nearly 400 e-mails and notes to Jordan and his representatives and has left more than 200 voicemails.
