Gov. Cooper Orders Flags To Lower For Fallen Ft. Bragg Soldier

Governor Roy Cooper ordered all flags at state facilities to be lowered to half-staff in tribute to fallen soldier Alexander Dalida, who was killed at Fort Bragg last week.

Dalida was assigned to 1st Special Warfare Training Group (Airborne) and was at Fort Bragg with the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Dalida was training to become a Green Beret experienced in handling explosives.
