Man Killed in Winston-Salem Shooting: Police

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Winston-Salem Police say a 20-year-old man is dead and another man is in the hospital after a shooting Monday night.

Police say Leon Conrad, Jr., 20, was shot in the neck. He died at the scene. Police say Rechard Sylvester Hall, 20, was found with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. Hall was taken to Wake Forest Baptist where he was treated for his injury. 

Police responded to the shooting in the 1700 block of Richard Allen Lane around 5:30 p.m.

Investigators believe the two men were in a vehicle together when they were shot. 

Police say a bullet hit two houses during the shooting. No one inside those homes was hurt. 

Police say no one has been arrested.
