Former Teacher Accused Of Sex Charges With Student She Met At Church

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX – A former Texas teacher is facing child sex charges.

The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office said in October they opened an investigation into an alleged sexual assault and improper relationship between a student and an educator.

Nicole Marie Faires Andrews was arrested on Tuesday. According to KEYE, Andrews worked at the Church at Canyon Creek as a volunteer youth administrator. 

Andrews resigned from her teaching position at Cedar Park Middle School on November 6.

Andrews was charged with Sexual Assault of a Child which is a 2nd Degree Felony. She was placed in the Williamson County Jail.
