NC Man Charged With Selling Cocaine Near A School

GRAHAM, N.C.-- Friday, agents with the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force (JFTF) and the Chapel Hill Police Department arrested 40-year-old Bobby Lee Davis on multiple drug charges.

Davis was wanted by law enforcement for allegedly conducting drug deals in the Homestead park area of Chapel Hill. Officers arrested him in the 600 block of Seymour Street in Graham without incident.

Davis has been charged with: Felony Sell and Delivery of Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Delivery of Cocaine within 1000 feet of a school.
