Police Find More Than $10K Of Marijuana In Thomasville Home

THOMASVILLE, N.C. – Police arrested a Thomasville man after they found more than $10,000 of marijuana in his home.

Investigators say Daniel Halker ran an indoor marijuana grow operation at his home on Doak Street.

According to a news release, police and investigators with the N.C. Alcohol Law Enforcement Division and Homeland Security Investigations found cocaine, heroin and more than five pounds of marijuana.

Halker is in jail under a $100,000 bond. His court date is pending.

Halker is facing the following charges:

• Possession of Heroin

• Possession of Cocaine

• Possession of Marijuana

• Manufacture Marijuana

• Possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana

• Maintain a dwelling to keep controlled substances

• Possession of drug paraphernalia
