Two Greensboro women face felony charges after colluding to stage an armed robbery at a Greensboro gas station.
Colleen Marie Pressley and Wanda Sue Hill are accused of conspiring to cover up a larceny committed at Big Boys BP on W. Market Street on Sept. 11. A release from the Greensboro Police Department says Pressley is charged with Filing a False Report and Felony Conspiracy. Hill is charged with Felony Larceny and Felony Conspiracy.
Shortly before 10 p.m. on the 11th, Pressley called police to report an armed woman entered the station and demanded money. Pressley, a clerk at the station, told police she handed over a bag with more than $1,000 in cash. An investigation revealed Pressley conspired with Hill to pose as the thief.
