Keep Everyone Safe By Anchoring Your TV

GREENSBORO, N.C -- If you bought plan to give a TV as a Christmas gift, you might want to remind the person to anchor it down.

Consumer Reports says every 30 minutes, a fallen TV or tipped piece of furniture hurts a kid in the U.S.

The best way to keep everyone safe is to anchor your tv. You can anchor it to the furniture for about 20 bucks.

Some TVs will have mounting holes on the back that you can attach the straps to then drill the straps into the furniture.

If you do it this way, you'll want to anchor your furniture to the wall, that too will cost 20 dollars

The other option is to mount the TV to the wall that runs about 80 dollars.
