GREENSBORO, NC-- This week was the "Week of Caring" for the United Way of Greater Greensboro. It reminds us all we can do something for whatever community we live in.
Carie Jones-Barrow, Community Investment Specialist with the United Way says the many events this week helped every age group, every socio-economic background and gave folks all kinds of opportunities to take part in making their community better.
Events included the beautification at Weaver YMCA, mobile meals, making meals for domestic violence victims that are served by Family Services of the Piedmont and much more.
