Alamance Community College Assisting Displaced ITT Tech Students

Alamance Community College Helps ITT Tech Students

ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. -- Alamance Community College is preparing to help displaced ITT Tech students.

This week ITT Tech closed its campuses nationwide. The institution had campuses in Guilford and Durham counties.

Alamance Community College (ACC) is encouraging displaced students to reach out to them for help. ACC says it only accepts credit from regionally accredited colleges and universities. If students have credits from previous institutions, it is possible those credits might transfer.

ACC says some students may be able to credit-by-exam.

ACC is registering for spring semester next month. The school says it's not too late to begin the application and financial aid process. The spring semester begins in January.

Displaced ITT Tech students can contact 336-506-4270 for assistance.
