Firefighters Respond To Movie Theater At Friendly Center

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Several people's plans for an afternoon movie in Greensboro were interrupted.

Around 3:45 p.m. dispatchers with the Greensboro Fire Department told WFMY News 2 they were called to the Regal Cinema at 3205 Northline Avenue at the Friendly Center.

It turned out to just be a fire alarm, but for about an hour, movie-goers waited outside before firefighters determined the theater was clear.
