Clara's Pumpkin Pound Cake Recipe

1 15oz Can Pumpkin 2 Tsp Baking Soda

2 Cup Sugar 1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Cup Flour 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1 Cup Oil

1 and 1/2 Tsp Vanilla

5 Eggs 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk

2Tsp Baking Powder


Combine sugar, oil, and eggs (one at a time) and beat well.

Sift all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Mix well.

Stir in pumpkin, vanilla, and condensed milk. Bake in tube pan at 350 for 11/2 hours.
