Opa! Go Greek This Weekend In Greensboro

Greek Festival In Greensboro This Weekend

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Opa! The Greek Festival returns to Greensboro this week with plenty of food, music, dancing and fun for the whole family.

The Greek Festival is an annual tradition in Greensboro. Each year, Dormition of the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Church on Westridge Road hosts the Festival Friday through Sunday.

For three days, folks enjoy live Greek music and dancing, authentic Greek cuisine, Greek pastries, a Greek market and gifts.

This year's Festival is Friday, September 16 through Sunday, September 18. It runs from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $2 at the door, but children under 12 get in for free.

For more information on food and parking, you can visit the church's website
