Moose Cafe's Broccoli Casserole & Apple Cobbler

Broccoli Casserole
-4 lb fresh broccoli
-1/2 cup chopped onions
-26 oz cream of chicken
-1/2 cup sour cream
-3 cups shredded cheese
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 cup panko breading
Boil broccoli until soft. Mix with the above ingredients except panko breading. Only use 1.5 cups of cheese in mix. Place mixture into greased pans. Spread 1.5 cups of cheese on top. Then spread 1 cup of panko breading over casserole. Baked covered at 350 for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Apple Cobbler
Bottom Crust
-1/4 gallon milk
-2 lb self rising flour
-1/4 cup ground cinnamon
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Mix together. Pour into greased pan until 1/4 inch thick.
Apple Mix
-8 apples
-1 cup white sugar
-1 lb margarine
Place all in sauce pot. Simmer until apples are soft.
Place 1 inch layer over bottom crust.
Top Crust
-1 lb flour
-1/4 cinnamon
-1/2 cup melted margarine
-1/2 cup white sugar
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1 cup oatmeal
Mix together. Lightly sprinkle over cobbler.
Place cobbler uncovered in a 350 degree oven. Bake for 30minutes or until crust is done
