Burlington, N.C. -- The City of Burlington is home to one of only a few remaining Historical Dentzel Carousels in the world. But soon, the City will introduce another classic Carousel to the community.
In June, the Paramount Acting Company will present Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Carousel" at the Paramount Theater in Burlington.
The production includes 33 local actors who range in age from 8-years-old to adult.
"They're all incredibly talented and know how to put on a good show," said Walter Boyd, a cast member and theater supporter.
Greensboro native Ashlea Burton who is playing "Carrie Pipperidge" and Allan Beck, who is playing "Enoch Snow" gave Good Morning Show viewers a sneak peak of the production, which opens Thursday, June 26, 2014.

Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Carousel" is being presented by the Paramount Acting Company at the Paramount Theater in Burlington. The Theater is located at 128 E. Front Street.
Show times are June 26-28 at 8 p.m. and June 28-29 at 3 p.m.
