Wednesday on the Good Morning Show, personal trainer Strawn Wilson from Wilson's Training in High Point demonstrated how he helped WFMY News 2's Tracey McCain lose 23 pounds in 8 weeks.
"It's about getting the most out of each exercise, but we also put a lot of emphasis on nutrition," said Wilson.
