You Can Work Up A Sweat With Two Water Bottles

If you told me I could get a great workout at home using only two water bottles I would laugh at you and maybe say "you're a little crazy." But to my surprise I really did work up a sweat Tuesday morning on the Good Morning Show.

Tyrone Nichols, who's a fitness coach and also my personal trainer, joined me on the Good Morning Show to prove to me you really can get a workout without going to the gym. I must say he really put me to the test and made a believer out of me that yes, you can get a good workout really only using two water bottles. I learned a few compound exercises that I can now do at home so I have no excuse not to get moving. But you must know that if you watch the video that I lack some coordination and I'm not afraid to tell it.

I've been working with Tyrone twice a week for months now at his gym called Complete Wellness Healthy Lifestyle Coaching in Greensboro. Yes, I think he's the only fitness coach that honestly could put up with me! He not only works around my schedule but he makes the process just flat out fun. He motivates me without yelling and he's sensitive to my eating habits while encouraging me to change my ways.

Now I must admit that I do refer to myself as "Grumpy Cat," because I'm not a morning workout person by any means. My work schedule has changed so I'm training early in the morning twice a week before 9:00 a.m. (to me anything after 8:00 a.m. is early) But on the days that I don't train I workout late at night.
