Irma Dogs Find Forever Homes At Adoption Fair In Guilford County

Irma Dog Adoption

WHITSETT, N.C. -- Irma dogs found forever homes in the Triad on Saturday.
Stoney Creek Pet Lodge held an adoption fair for over a dozen animals that were rescued from the storm in Florida.
A Triad veterinarian rescued the dogs after seeing that Florida animal shelters were becoming overcrowded.
He drove 18 dogs back up to North Carolina - so he could make sure they had proper care and adopt them out to loving homes in the Triad.
