WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Police in Winston-Salem say a school bus was involved in an accident Friday afternoon.

It happened on Highway 52 Northbound. Police say a man driving an SUV tried to change lanes but didn't leave enough room when he went in front of the bus. The SUV's rear bumper clipped the bus, sending the SUV down an embankment.
