Man Arrested After Robbing Gas Station In Halloween Mask

EDEN, N.C. -- Eden Police have arrested a man who was wanted for robbing a gas station in a Halloween mask in March.

Officers tell WFMY News 2 they arrested Reginald D. Privette on Saturday in Topeka, Kansas. Privette was wanted by police for two counts of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

On March 23, an employee at J-Mart gas station in Eden told police a suspect wearing a Halloween costume came in and demanded money. The clerk complied with the suspect's demand and the man left the store in a white vehicle.

Privette is waiting an extradition hearing in Kansas according to police.
