CLEMMONS, N.C. – Walmart has filed site plans for a 41,880 square-foot store and pharmacy in Clemmons.
The Triad Business Journal reports the retailer filed applications for sign permits at 3633 Clemmons Road, a former Bi-Lo supermarket location.
The property is just a mile away from a $60 million project to be called the Clemmons Town Center. The project includes 312 apartments and a retail shopping center. The town center is set to be at the corner of Lewisville-Clemmons Road and Interstate 40.
