Teen Charged With Torturing Tortoise Now Facing Sex Charges

CLAY COUNTY, Florida -- The teen girl accused of setting a protected gopher tortoise on fire and then stomping it to death is now facing sex charges stemming from an encounter with a young boy.

According to an arrest report issued by the Clay County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday, Jennifer Greene, 18, has been charged with lewd and lascivious battery on an underage boy.

The alleged incident took place on June 19, shortly before Greene turned 18. According to WTEV, authorities said Greene performed oral sex on the victim, who was younger than 16, showed him her breasts, and allowed him to touch her.
