Fayetteville police said in a news conference they arrested Nicholas Holbert for her death. They also said he will likely be charged with First-Degree Murder.
Police said Holbert frequented the Froggy Bottoms. They also say he has been a suspect in her disappearance from the start of their investigation.
Investigators found Bordeaux's body in a deeply wooded area in Cumberland County. They said Holbert was there and shared 'vital information' with them. Police said it will take several days to confirm the remains but there's strong enough forensic information to believe the remains are that of Kelli Bordeaux. They're still on the scene and are treating it as a crime scene.
