Last week, we introduced you to a Triad woman who's family is still on the island and needed help too.

today... she and other virgin islanders from the triad united to host a relief drive. They're collecting non-perishable foods and personal hygiene products, medical supplies, and cleaning supplies, because every little bit helps.

Organizer Nanyamka Farrelly said, "We don't want the Virgin Islands to be forgotten. We still don't have electricity. we still don't have hospitals in the Virgin Islands. Our only two hospitals, one on St. Croix. and one on St. Thomas, were both evacuated.they're both inoperable so its a dire situation in the Virgin Islands."
