Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski has told NBA teams that their representatives would be barred from men's basketball team practices, USA TODAY Sports confirmed on Wednesday.
NBA teams were invited to pro days on Oct. 19 and Oct. 25 at Cameron Indoor Stadium, Yahoo Sports reported Wednesday.
Duke spokesman Cory Walton confirmed to USA TODAY Sports that the school will utilize the pro day format for the first time.
“All other practices will be closed,” Duke told NBA teams in an email.
Krzyzewski has two top freshman forwards who are potential lottery picks in Harry Giles and Jayson Tatum on a Duke team that is stocked with talent once again.
