Former NFL, College Players To Teach Free Football Clinic

GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Former NFL and collegiate football players are passing on what they know to the stars of tomorrow.

Wednesday, 300 local boys and girls will get the chance to learn football skills from players at the North Carolina Coaches Association's second East-West Football Game Kids Clinic.

The event will give kids the chance to learn the fundamentals of football from an experienced group, including Greensboro native, former North Carolina Tar Heel, Washington Redskin, and all-time leader in consecutive games by a long snapper, Ethan Albright.

The event is from 5 to 7 p.m. at Grimsley High School's Jamieson Stadium. Registration is still open for boys and girls ages 8 to 12. To register for the event email your child's name, date of birth and gender to
