Duke's Mason Plumlee Named To NBA All-Rookie 1st Team

Former Duke Blue Devil Mason Plumlee has been named to the NBA All-Rookie 1st Team.

Many were vying for Plumlee to be named Rookie of the Year, an honor that went to former Syracuse star Michael Carter-Williams (Sixers).

Plumlee played for the Brooklyn Nets in his first season of professional basketball. He averaged 7.4 points per game, 4.4 rebounds, and 19 minutes of play.

Mason's older brother Miles plays for the Phoenix Suns. His younger brother Marshall plays for Duke.
