GREENSBORO, NC -- Twenty-eight points and counting: WFMY News 2 producer Carrie Hodgin is on a mission to lose 100 pounds.

Carrie knows exercise is just as important as her diet, and she's been changing up her workouts to see what works best for her.

This week, Carrie joined Lauren Melvin to pound some pavement, as she trains for a half marathon.
