Travise Lott visited the Good Morning Show on Sunday morning to show us how to make "Blast Off", a dessert consisting of sponge cake and red wine and raspberry topping.

Here's the recipe:

Cake Ingredients
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cups of milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Topping Ingredients
Fresh blueberries 1 cup
Fresh raspberries 1 cup
Your favorite red wine
1 cup of sugar
Whip cream
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate bar

Travise Lott said to cook the topping ingredients on the stove for about 3-5 minutes. Then you can either serve that warm over the cake or put them in the fridge and serve them chilled.
Add ice cream or whip cream on the side and sprinkle chocolate shavings for extra flavor.
