REEL SHRIMP BURGER

Peeled and Deviened shrimp 4-5oz per burger

seafood seasoning

1 tbsp vegetable oil

lettuce leaves

tomato slices​

​onion slices

4"roll of choice​

PESTO PASTA SALAD

Fresh Basil

Fresh Spinach

Olive oil

Walnuts

salt

pepper

garlic cloves

Grated romano/parmesan cheese

Add all ingredients except olive oli to a food processor and blend well. Slowly add olive oiluntil you get a smooth consistency, add salt and pepper to taste.

Boil water and add Pasta of your choice and follow the directions on the container to cook the pasta just past al dente. Drain well and add pesto and stir well to coat all noodles evenly. Serve with a little shredded cheese to top it off.
