BBQ Sauce:

-2 pints of apple cider vinegar -1 cups of ketchup

-1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp crushed red pepper

-1 tsp chili powder -1 tsp black pepper

-1 tsp seasoning salt -1/2 cup diced onion

-1/2 cup diced bell pepper -1/2 cup diced tomato

- 1/3 cup tomato juice -1.5 cups brown sugar -1.5 cups white sugar

Place diced vegetables and 1/2 cup of vinegar in a stock pot. Sautee veggies for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except sugar. Simmer for 1 hour or until onions are translucent. Mix sugars together. Add sugar to pot while stirring. Remove from heat.

Chicken Salad:

-3 lb white meat chicken breast -1 cup of mayonnaise

-1/4 cup diced celery -1/4 cup diced onion

-1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp of black pepper

-2 tbsp oil

Place chicken and oil in a stock pot. Boil until chicken is done. Let chicken cool to room temperature. Add remaining ingredients.
