Strawberry-Watermelon Shake

1 container (8 ounces) lemon nonfat yogurt

2 cups cubed, seeded watermelon

1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled

1 banana medium, peeled and sliced taste

In blender or food processor, process yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Fresh Peach Salsa

4 medium peaches, peeled and pitted

2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges and seeded

1/2 sweet onion, cut into wedges

1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

2 4oz. cans chopped green chilies

4 teaspoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Baked tortilla chip chips

Dice or chop the first five ingredients and place in large bowl. Stir in the chilies, vinegar, lime juice and pepper. Chill until serving to allow flavors to blend. Serve with chips. Yield: 4 cups
