Mexican Taquitos

INGREDIENTS:

- 8oz Chicken breast (Cooked and shredded)

- Diced tomatoes, onions and peppers

- 4 corn tortillas

- Lettuce

- Cheese

- Sour cream

- Oil

PREPARATION:

In a pan sauté veggies (onions tomatoes and pepper.) Add shredded chicken.

Warm the tortillas and make a roll with chicken inside and fasten with a tooth pick

Deep fry the tacos

Serve over a bed of lettuce topped with sour cream on top and cheese

Optional: cover the tacos with re-fried beans

Fiesta Taco

INGREDIENTS:

- Flour tortilla bowl Shell

- Rice

- Vegetables (onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, and squash)

- 5 oz chicken (Slices)

- Spinach creamy sauce

PREPARATION:

On a flat grill or in a pan, grill the chicken with all the veggies

On the bowl serve rice and the chicken fully cooked with vegetables

Add warm spinach creamy sauce on top!
