GREENSBORO, N.C.-- A traffic stop after a 911 call ended with three men facing charges for breaking into cars.
Sheriff BJ Barnes of the Guilford County Sheriff's Office said the three men were arrested shortly after deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the Forest Oaks Neighborhood. A vehicle was stopped by the officer that resulted in the arrests and recovery of stolen property. Barnes said the stolen items came from a vehicle that was broken into prior to the traffic stop.
Deputies believe the men were leaving the scene while officers were responding.
The suspects have been identified as:
Casey Allen Raymer, 18
Brian Christopher Melville, 17
Aaron Bradley Finch, 18
All three are facing charges of: Two counts of Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle, one count of Larceny of a Firearm, and two counts of Misdemeanor Larceny. They were placed into the Guilford County Jail in Greensboro under $35,000 secured bond.
Sheriff Barnes says other charges are pending as detectives review other similar unsolved crimes.
