SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- There are laws against it but still many people text while driving. But one man in San Francisco is finding a way to 'call out' drivers who are well, caught in the act of texting behind the wheel.
A San Francisco graphic designer is trying to publicly shame people who text while drive by posting photos of people he's caught texting behind the wheel on 11 billboards throughout the Bay area. Jen Markham has the story.
The man behind the new way of publicly shaming people who text and drive first started a website that allowed people to upload pictures of people caught texting and driving. But now he's taken it to a new level placing those photos of people texting and driving on 11 billboards throughout the Bay area.
