Memorial Day weekend is almost here and chances are you will eat out this weekend. Before you spring for the bigger dish, find out if you will be saving money.

Let's say you have a choice between a $12 small pizza and $16 large pizza. You might think, "I'll just get the bigger one to save the leftovers for lunch." But with that $4 difference, you could buy sandwich lunches for the week, or buy a another frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Of course, this won't work for everyone. Every situation is different and each household has different tastes. But it is something to think about before you upgrade your meal.
