Seems every time you turn around you're hearing one food is good for you, then the next day, it's not good for you.

The CDC just published a super foods study done by William Patterson University. There are 41 powerhouse fruits and veggies.

this is the list. What you won't find on this list: raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, garlic, onions and tangerines. They're still good, but this study based their rankings on foods that have 8 essential nutrients and how much of those nutrients they provide.
