GREENSBORO, N.C.-- Friday while visiting his home state and making some public appearance, North Carolina U.S. Senator Richard Burr took time to talk about affordable health care.
Burr drove himself to the WFMY News 2 studio and sat down for a one on one interview with Tanya Rivera. Burr said the top things on the minds of the American people are health care and jobs. In regards to health care, Burr said he is on board with repealing 'Obamacare', which is the Affordable Healthcare Act.
According to Burr, he has a plan of his own and the goal of his plan is to remove the government out of health care. He said people should be able to match their plans to their age and find a plan that is best suited for them.
