HIGH POINT, N.C. – Police say the driver of a vehicle in a deadly accident that killed him and both passengers had a blood alcohol level that was more than three times the legal limit.
According to the police report, 19-year-old Edgar Ramos' BAC level was at .29.
On Jan. 21, Ramos and two people were ejected from a car after it hit a building. Police say Ramos drove more than 100 mph in the area of Main Street and High Avenue.
Etzel Cruz and Jose Gonzalez-Delon were the passengers who died in the crash.
