GREENSBORO, N.C. -- On Tuesday night, Guilford College's Bryan Series will wrap its 2013-2014 series with two people from the same news magazine show.

Steve Kroft and Lesley Stahl, both of CBS' 60 Minutes, spoke at the War Memorial Auditorium in Greensboro. Both journalists spoke about the ever-changing world of journalism and how news is distributed. They also spoke about the behind the scenes work at 60 Minutes. They shared their insights into what makes 60 Minutes work and about their experiences working in journalism.

Steve has been a correspondent for 60 Minutes since May 1989 and Lesley, since March 1991. Both journalists have received the Lifetime Achievement Emmy Award, among other honors.

Before joining 60 Minutes, Kroft was principal correspondent on the CBS News magazine West 57th. Stahl was White House correspondent and moderator of Face the Nation.

Launched in September 1968, 60 Minutes is the longest continuously-running primetime American television program. It is the highest rated news program and is consistently in the Nielsen top 20.

Guilford College announced the new lineup for the Bryan Series subscription season in 2014-15, including the names of Ron Howard, Anderson Cooper, Bill Bryson, Robert Reich, and Margaret Atwood.

They Bryan Series has brought celebrities, authors and well-known network reporters.
