GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Greensboro police say a car flipped after hitting a utility pole.
Dispatchers told WFMY News 2 the crash happened a little after 9 p.m. Monday at East Lee and Hackett streets.
According to the police report, Janet Anderson was driving down Lee Street when she changed lanes and hit another vehicle.
The city estimates the damaged pole will cost about $5,000 to repair. Anderson is charged with Careless and Reckless Driving.
Dispatchers could not comment on the extent of injuries.
