Mexico City Tacos
8 oz. Flank Steak
½ cup of fine chopped red onions
½ cup chopped cilantro
4 corn tortillas
Small knob onions
Cook the meat in a pan until is almost well done then add red onions and cook just for a couple more minutes; in a separate pan warm the corn tortillas and have them ready to make soft tacos.
Once have tortillas warm and the meat cooked, put some meat in the tortillas and topped with cilantro, fold in half.
Large flour tortilla
Mix of ground cinnamon and sugar
Sprinkles and cherries
Fry flour tortilla until golden, add the mix of cinnamon and sugar, put honey and ice cream on top, chocolate syrup, whipped cream sprinkles everywhere and a cherry!
