An overturned tractor-trailer carrying beef is causing major traffic delays Thursday on I-77 South. All lanes are expected to reopen Friday according to Surry EMS.
DOBSON, N.C. -- I-77 South is down to one lane at mile marker 90 in Dobson after a tractor-trailer loaded with beef overturned.
Dispatchers with Surry EMS told WFMY News 2 the accident happened close to 5 p.m. Thursday and they don't expect all lanes to reopen until Friday.
No other cars were involved in the accident. Drivers are asked to seek alternative routes, detours will be posted.
No injuries were reported.
