MATTHEWS, N.C. -- No doubt, there's some unhappy customers who left their vehicles overnight at an auto repair shop in Matthews, North Carolina.
According to WBTV, heavy rain caused flooding that destroyed nearly ten vehicles at Axley's Collision Center.
The owner said there was nothing he could to stop it, "I feel so bad for the customers. I don't think anyone could have seen it coming, especially not as fast."
The U.S. Geological Survey rain gauge reported more than 4.6 inches of rain fell in Matthews Tuesday evening.
