HERES THE RECIPE
1½ LB extra sharp cheddar cheese
5 ounce quality pimentos, drained, rough chopped, 2" x 2"
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp Guldens mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1) grate cheese.
2) In food processor add cheese, mayo, mustard, spices and vinegar to bowl.
3) Pulse lightly until just blended.
