Recipe for Cajun Shrimp Scampi:

2 ounces of olive oil

1 ounce of chopped garlic

6 ounces of peeled shrimp

2 ounces of chopped tomato

2 ounces banana peppers

1 ounce cajun seasoning

1 ounce of butter

Steps:

Saute all ingredients

Add 2 ounces of chicken

Add 2 ounces of tomato juice

Let all simmer for five minutes

Add 1 ounce of grated parmesan cheese

Pour on top of cooked fettucine noodles

Blackened Alligator:

Dust 6-ounce alligator filet with favorite cajun seasoning

Heat butter in a saute pan

Add alligator to pan and cook on both sides for approximately three minutes

Serve with your Favorite Vegetables.
