All this week we're learning recipes from some of our younger chefs. Michael and Jack Scutari were in the News 2 Kitchen cooking up a couple recipes Thursday on the Good Morning Show.
The two brothers made pizza and a pear bunny perfect for an Easter dessert.

- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 Tbsp. corn & 2 Tbsp. small broccoli pieces
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cooking spray
- Cutting board & Flour for dusting
- Table knife & fork
- Large baking sheet
- 1-cup liquid & 1-cup dry measuring cup
- Large wooden spoon & measuring spoons
- Pastry brush
- 2 hot pads
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut dough roll in half crosswise with table knife (using ruler to judge). Unroll 1 dough half on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly down center of dough, leaving 1/2 inch around edges. Top sauce with mozzarella cheese.
- Mix and match meat and veggie fillings. Layer the fillings or space them out so that each section of the calzone is customized, as seen here. (Make these calzones to suit your family's tastes. Fill with your favorite pizza toppings!)
- Unfold remaining dough half over filling. Crimp edge with fork.
- Cut rectangle into thirds crosswise. Cut each rectangle on diagonal into 2 pieces, but do not separate (note: this job is for mom).
- Brush dough lightly with water using pastry brush. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over dough.
- Bake 15 to 19 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven with hot pads. Cool on cooling rack 5 min.
- Makes 6 servings.

- Cottage Cheese
- Red Hot
- Put a pear half on a piece of lettuce.
- Add a cottage cheese tail, raisin eyes, almond slice ears, and a red hot nose to make it look like a bunny.
