When you're in basketball country, your eyes are glued to the screen when it's March Madness.

We're not the only ones who feel this way. March Madness Live says people have watched more than 10.5 million hours of video which is up 6% from last year. This means, there are a lot of couch potatoes out there. However, fitness expert John Rowley says you can have the best of both worlds. He says you can watch the game and workout while doing it.
